CORROSION PROTECTION
Zerios SE-10 is a dark colored, high melting point, asphaltic coating designed to provide long term corrosion protection of metal surfaces in storage both indoor and outdoor. Zerios SE-10 is applied as a solution in a volatile solvent. Zerios SE-10 grade can be applied by dipping the parts to be protected in a vat or spraying the parts to be protected with air sprayers, pump type sprayers or by pouring the product over the parts.

Application Guidelines
Zerios SE-10 can be applied by dipping or spraying with air sprayers, pump type sprayers or by pouring the product directly over the parts.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of rust, oil, and mil scale. Optimum application temperature is between 50°F. – 95°F.
Removal
Removal of protective films is accomplished by using a steam cleaner or washing the parts in mineral spirits.

Zerios SE-10 is applied as a solution in a volatile solvent. The residual film, after solvent evaporation, is highly resistant to salt water and salt spray. Zerios SE-10 is supplied ready to use.
This material is not regulated for shipment in pails or drums.
